Add Custom SMTP for Mailbox

From this setting here, you can add your mailbox. Simply Click the “+ Create New Mailbox”. Then fill out the following fields:

  • Name
  • From Name
  • Outgoing mail server
  • Port
  • Authentication
    • Plain
    • Login
    • Cram MD5
  • Your email
  • Password
  • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) [Checkbox]

Then click save.

How to Assign Mailboxes with Products?​

Now, you have created mailbox(es) you can select which mailbox will be used for which products.

In the “Select Mailbox in Product” option, you can assign your product and connect it with your desired mailbox which you created. Then click save to assign them.

Once assigned, whenever you are creating a new email for a certain product, that mail will be sent from the assigned mailbox.

You won’t have to select a mailbox each time when selecting different products.
