Create Templates
For any outreach or cold mailing a mail template is very helpful for everyone. So, Orkap gives you the option to add templates.
Let's show you how you can add your own email templates in Orkap.
How to Create Saved Templates
First, navigate to the Templates section from the dashboard. Click on "Create New Template" to get started.
Fill in the Required Fields
You'll see a form with three key fields you need to complete:
- Name: This is the internal name of your template (only you will see this).
- Subject: This is the subject line that will appear in the recipient's inbox.
- Content: This is where you write your actual email message.
Note: Use the built-in text editor to format your content.
Then hit the save button to save your email template.
How to Use the Saved Template
After saving the template you can directly use the template by selecting a template. Then hit the "Use Template" button.
How to View/Edit/Delete Orkap Saved Template
You can see all your saved templates from the "saved template" section. You can edit or delete them easily. To edit/delete a template Select the template. Then click the 3 dot button and select edit to modify your template.
To delete, select "move to trash" to delete your template.
