Full refund within 10 days of initial payment if you are not satisfied
Refund within 5 days of renewal only if:
New Purchases: If you use ≤30% of your plan’s outreach limit, you may request a refund for the remaining unused portion (70%) within 10 days.
Example: A $100/month plan with 1,000 emails. If you sent 200 emails (20%), you’d receive a $70 refund.
Renewals: Refund for unused outreach credits within 5 days of renewal.
While submitting a refund request, please follow the steps
Approved refunds result in immediate account deactivation.
All data (outreach, contacts) will be permanently deleted. There is no way to get back your data from our server.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse (e.g., repeated requests, fraud).
