Orkap didn't start as a product idea. It started as a mess — several products, one shared inbox, and no way to tell which partnership request belonged to what.
Who makes Orkap
Orkap is built by a team that ships multiple WordPress products. We hit the problem ourselves: partnership requests, affiliate questions, and sponsorship offers for every product landed in one shared inbox with no way to separate them. No tool organized outreach by product, so we built one.
We ship WordPress plugins. Not one — several. And once you're past your second product, something quietly breaks.
A blogger emails asking to feature one of your plugins in a roundup. An affiliate wants to know the commission rate — but on which product? A YouTuber offers a review. A newsletter pitches a sponsorship. Every one of those conversations arrives in the same inbox, and none of them carry a label saying which product they belong to.
So you improvise. A spreadsheet to track who said what. A folder of email drafts, because the pitch for one plugin is not the pitch for another. A mental note that the person asking about your admin plugin is the same person who covered a different product last year — a note you will absolutely forget.
We went looking for software to fix it. What we found were tools built for a different job entirely. Cold email platforms organize around the campaign and the sender. Link-building tools organize around the client domain. Sales CRMs organize around the deal. All of them are competent. None of them have an object called a product.
That was the insight, and it was almost annoying in its simplicity. The unit of work for someone who sells things is the thing they sell. Not the campaign. Not the sequence. The product.
So we built Orkap around that. Every product you sell gets its own inbound @loop.orkap.com alias, its own pipeline, its own templates, and its own follow-ups. A sponsorship request for one product cannot land in another product's inbox, because they are not the same inbox.
That's the whole idea. It's not clever. It just didn't exist.
If you run more than one product and this sounds like your inbox, we built this for you. Tell us what breaks — we read everything.
Get in touch →If you sell things, your tools should be organized around the things you sell. Every other unit — campaign, sequence, sender, client — is borrowed from someone else's job.
Per-seat pricing punishes you for adding a teammate. We price per product, because that's the thing that actually grows. Free for one product, forever.
Most outreach tools assume you start every conversation. Operators know better: the good partnerships often arrive uninvited. They deserve a real home.
Orkap has no prospect discovery and it isn't a cold email platform. Our comparison pages say plainly when a competitor is the better choice. You'll find out anyway — better you hear it from us.
Two to ten products, one founder inbox, and no idea which launch a reply refers to.

Orkap is built by a small team that ships multiple WordPress products. We ran into the multi-product inbox problem ourselves, went looking for software that organized outreach by product, and found that nothing did. So we built it.
Because the unit of work for anyone who sells things is the thing they sell. Campaign-based tools were designed for agencies running client work. When you own the products, the product is the object that persists — the campaign is just something you did once.
No. Orkap is a Multi-Product Partnership CRM. It manages inbound and outbound collaboration — affiliate conversations, sponsorships, integration partners, review requests — scoped to the product each one belongs to. It has no prospect discovery and is not built for outbound sales at volume.
It's yours. You can export your contacts and custom fields at any time. Partnerships compound over years, and the relationships you build belong to you, not to us.
Start free with one product, one seat, 50 contacts a month — no time limit, no credit card. Bring your whole portfolio in whenever you’re ready.
