Add New Products

Now, let's move towards adding products. Well, you can add your product or services here. So, if you're concerned as you're a service based company, Orkap got your back.

How to Add New Products​

Go to the Products tab. Then hit the "+Add Product" button from the top right.

Now, you'll see a new pop up box. Here you can upload your product image and type in the product name. Once done, hit the save button to successfully add a product.

How to Edit Products​

Now, once a product is added, you'll see them in the list. To edit a product, click the 3 dot menu from a product. Then click edit to continue editing.

How to Disable Products​

To disable a product, click the 3 dot menu from a product. Then click disable to make the product disabled.

Note: To enable the product again, do the same exact process and click the enable option.

How to Delete Products​

To edit a product, click the 3 dot menu from a product. Then click delete to delete it permanently.

Filtering Products​

Also, if you have multiple products, you can see a quick filter option on the top.

  • All: Show all added products.
  • Active: Show only active products.
  • Inactive: Show only inactive products.

You can also assign products with specific mailboxes. So, you don't have to select the mailbox each time you create an outreach. Learn how to assign products with mailboxes.
