BuzzStream organizes your work by campaign. If you sell multiple products, that's the wrong unit — every new SKU means another campaign to duplicate and another inbox to untangle. Bring your contacts across in a CSV and give each product its own inbox, pipeline, and templates.

How the switch works
Export your BuzzStream contacts to CSV, import them into Orkap, then assign each contact to the product it belongs to. Every product gets its own inbound alias, pipeline, templates, and follow-ups. Custom fields carry across, so nothing is lost — the contacts simply stop sharing one campaign-shaped inbox.
BuzzStream's unit of work is the campaign. Add a product and you clone lists, re-create templates, and rebuild sequences. Orkap's unit is the product — create it once and the inbox, pipeline, templates, and follow-ups come with it.
When a blogger answers, BuzzStream ties it to the campaign that sent it. If two of your products pitched the same person, untangling that is manual. Orkap routes every reply to the product's own @loop.orkap.com alias, so it lands in the right place by default.
BuzzStream tiers bundle users — roughly $49/mo for one, about $174/mo at three, and around $424/mo at six. Orkap prices by product, not seat: $79/mo for 3 products, $149/mo for 10, $299/mo unlimited. Add a teammate without changing tier.
Sponsorship offers, affiliate questions, and integration requests arrive whether you pitch or not. Campaign tools are outbound-first and have no model for them. Orkap treats inbound as the primary motion, scoped per product.
Competitor prices are directional and may change; verify on the vendor's site.
No API work, no engineer, no downtime. Keep BuzzStream running until you're satisfied.
01
Export your contacts and any custom fields to CSV. Include email, website, and every attribute you track — nothing needs to be trimmed first.
02
Add each product you sell. Every one is issued its own inbound @loop.orkap.com alias the moment it's created.
03
Upload the CSV. Map BuzzStream columns to Orkap fields, and create unlimited custom fields for anything that doesn't have a home yet.
04
Scope each contact to the product it belongs to, then set that product's templates and follow-ups. Replies now route themselves.

A migration page that only lists upsides isn't worth much. BuzzStream is a mature product with real strengths, and there are things it does that Orkap does not. Know them before you move.

The practical questions, answered before you export anything.
Export your contacts to CSV from BuzzStream, then import that file into Orkap and map the columns to Orkap fields. Anything without a matching field can become a custom field, so no attribute is lost. You then assign each contact to the product it belongs to.
Custom fields carry across — Orkap supports unlimited custom fields, so every column in your export has somewhere to land. Conversation history that lives inside BuzzStream stays there, which is why we recommend keeping BuzzStream active until you're confident in the switch.
No. Most operators start with one product on the free plan, import just that product's contacts, and run it alongside BuzzStream. Once replies are routing correctly to that product's inbox, they bring the rest of the portfolio across.
It depends on your shape. For three products and two people, Orkap is $79/mo against roughly $174/mo on BuzzStream's three-user tier. Orkap prices by product rather than seat, so adding a teammate doesn't push you up a tier. Competitor prices are directional and may change.
It gives every product its own inbound email alias, pipeline, templates, and follow-ups. A sponsorship request for your Figma kit never lands in the same inbox as an affiliate question about your WordPress plugin. BuzzStream organizes by campaign, so it has no per-product inbox.
