Setup Your Profile

After you complete the purchase, the first thing you want to do is to set up your profile. And after a successful payment, it will redirect you to the thank you page. Here you'll see a button to set up your Orkap profile.

Here's a step by step guide to do so.

Step 1: How to Setup Company Profile

Here, you need to fill up the company details. You need to fill up the following information to continue.

  • Company name
  • Industry
  • Your role
  • No. of employees
  • Time Zone

Note: It's highly recommended filling this up. But you can skip it if you want with the skip button at the bottom.

Step 2: How to Add Products

In this step, you need to fill in your product details.

You'll see the following options here:

  • Upload Product Logo
  • Product Name

Step 3: How to Setup Email Address

Now, comes the major setup part. Here you need to set up your SMTP configuration. But Orkap gives you a default created email address for extra precaution.

You need to fill up these section:

  • Outgoing mail server
  • Port
  • Authentication
  • SMTP Username
  • Password

Also, you get an option to "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".

Step 4: How to Import Contacts

In this step you can import your contacts with a .CSV file.

Click the upload button to open file manager to select your desired CSV file. Or, you can drag and drop your CSV file to start uploading. If you're confused about how to do it, please read this documentation on contacts.

After you're done with the setup, click the "Done" button to complete the setup process.
