Explore Analytics

Now, let's see what you'll get to see in the Orkap analytics panel.

The Orkap Analytics Panel helps you track the performance of your outreach efforts, follow-ups, and deals. Whether you're running email campaigns or closing sales, this panel gives you real-time insights to improve your workflow.

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of what you'll find inside the Analytics section and how to use it.

Step 1: Filter by Team or Time Period

At the top of the Analytics Panel, you can:

  • View analytics for all team members.
  • Filter data by time frame, such as Last 30 days.

This helps you narrow down performance based on specific users or time windows.

Step 2: Track Outreach Performance

You'll see three key outreach metrics:

  • Total Outreach Attempts – Shows how many emails or touchpoints have been initiated.
  • Response Rate – Percentage of contacts who replied to your messages.
  • Follow-Up Completion Rate – Measures how many scheduled follow-ups have been completed.

These metrics give you a high-level view of how well your outreach strategy is performing.

Step 3: Monitor Deal Progress

Below the outreach section, you'll find deal tracking stats:

  • Deals in Progress – Total number of deals that are still ongoing.
  • Closed Deals – Total deals successfully closed.
  • Deal Closing Rate (ROI) – Percentage of deals closed compared to total initiated.
  • Total Deal Value – Total revenue or value from closed deals.

Each of these numbers helps you evaluate your return on investment (ROI) and conversion efficiency.

Orkap makes it easy to understand your performance through charts:

Outreach Analytics See how many outreach attempts and responses were recorded week by week.

Deals Over Time Compare the number of won vs lost deals across four weeks.

Follow-Ups Track the number of:

  • Completed Follow-Ups
  • Missed Follow-Ups
  • Scheduled Follow-Ups

All these visuals help you spot trends and identify areas that need improvement.

Step 5: Analyze Growth

At the bottom of the panel, you'll see a Total Deal Value summary.

This gives you a quick look at how your sales efforts are trending compared to the previous period.

Step 6: Find Quick Answers in FAQs

Under the analytics graphs, you'll find a Frequently Asked Questions section. Here you'll see some of the most asked questions and their solutions.
